Australian pale with first third white and second two-thirds blue. Blue and white are from the existing flag. The Southern Cross is retained in the fly, as with the current flag, and the Commonwealth Star is centred in the first third of the flag in the same blue as the second two-thirds.

I believe the Commonwealth Star and Southern Cross speak for themselves in what they signify, thus I will not describe the symbols themselves.
